DBA cara, (“MyHealthHub,” “cara”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about visitors to our website www.myhealthhub.ai and joincara.com (the “Site”), users of our mobile application, cara (the “Mobile Application”), and the services available through our Site and Mobile Application, or any other services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). Information We Collect
We collect information about you directly from you, from other data sources, and automatically through your use of the Services.
Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect from you depends on how you use our Services. To create an account, you must provide your name, email address, and optionally, other health-related information. We may also ask you for your age, gender, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle factors.
Your Wearable Device
With your consent, we will collect your physical activity information from your wearable device provider. This information includes all data output generated by such devices, such as your energy output, activity levels, exercise minutes, heart rate, step counts, and other relevant health metrics. We will also collect demographic information like date of birth, height, sex, and weight if provided to your wearable device provider. We will continue to collect information from your wearable device provider until you remove the wearable device from your Cara account or delete your account.
Advanced Screenings
If you opt for advanced screenings (e.g., cancer detection, full-body scans), we will collect detailed health data to provide a comprehensive health overview.
Financial Information
If you choose to make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium services, we may collect payment information through our secure payment processing partners. We do not store your financial account credentials.

We automatically collect information about your use of our Services through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. This information includes:
